HVAC SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER - NORTH, EAST AND SOUTHEAST

Objective

The Sales Representative for Airzone in New Markets in Northern, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe will be primarily responsible for expanding and consolidating the company's presence in these regions, driving sales growth, and strengthening relationships with clients and distributors.

Additionally, this position also involves providing support in commercial and marketing activities in other new European markets, including the UK, Ireland, Germany, Benelux, and Central Europe.

Duties & Responsabilities

- Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new export sales opportunities.
  • Market research in HVAC and IT Sector
  • Analise Market trends, laws, regulations and trade restrictions.
  • Analise competitors.
  • Define product requirements for market.
  • Develop company presentations.
  • Identify potential partners.
  • Relations with IT and HVAC Manufacturers, developers, distributors, Reps, builders, and installers.

- Account Management:

  • Managing relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand customers’ needs.
  • Provide Customer service.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Accounts Payment management and incident monitoring.
  • Periodic CRM reporting (visits to customers, quotations, ...) and feedback.
  • Technical product presentations and training to customers to help them commission and troubleshoot the systems.
  • Technical post-sale management in coordination with technical support department. 

- Project Management:

  • Project monitoring from the beginning to the end.

  • Communicate with MEP Engineers to get the Airzone systems specified in their projects.
  • Projects’ drafting in Coordination with the project department.
  • Preparation, monitoring and negotiation of quotations and projects.
  • Ensure customer (developer/engineer/contractor/installer/end user) satisfaction.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborating with various internal departments such as production, logistics, finance, human resources, marketing, tech support, back office, projects, training, web support...

  • Collaboration with other KAMs in EMEA Market.

 

- Product Knowledge and Training:

  • Solid understanding of the technical aspects of the products or services being sold, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

  • Coordination of commercial training for Sales Engineers, Reps, Distributors, and Manufacturers with Training Department.
  • Understanding industry trends, challenges, regulations, and competitors.

Basic Training Required

  • B. Eng. in Mechanical, Industrial or Telecom Engineering is preferred.
  • Experience working with ERP/CRM and online sales tools.
  • Sales Experience in the HVAC/Home Automation Industry preferred.

     

Basic Knowledge

  • Experience working with ERP/CRM and online sales tools.
  • Sales Experience in the HVAC/Home Automation Industry preferred.

 

Minimum experience

  • No experience is required.
  • Experience in HVAC/Home Automation Applied Sales in a distributor or major manufacturer is a plus.

 

Other specific job requirements

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages: English (preferably native). Greek, German, Russian and/or Spanish is a plus.
  • Travels (valid passport).
  • CRM experience
  • Able to read CAD plans and drawings. Valuable AUTOCAD, BIM and REVIT
  • Knowledge in LEED and BREEAM is a plus.
  • Must hold driving license.
  • Based in Malaga
