HVAC SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER - BELGIUM

COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST - SPAIN (MÁLAGA)

Objective

Develop Altra's communication content and needs for all types of pieces, understanding the characteristics, benefits, and key arguments of the company's products and services. 

 

Duties & Responsabilities

- Content Creation and Copywriting :

  • Writing product catalogs and technical and advertising brochures 
  • Writing web content 
  • Copywriting for email marketing campaigns
  • Writing press releases
  • Writing articles for corporate blogs 
  • Translation and adaptation of texts for different markets

- Social Media Management 

  • Preparation of editorial calendars for assigned markets and social media channels
  • Coordination of content production for the approved editorial calendar (copywriting, briefs for pieces requiring graphic design or video content)
  • Search and selection of relevant industry news for subsequent communication on social media (content curation)
  • Daily management of social media: Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, (Youtube)
  • Management of user comments on social media

- Competition Monitoring :

  • Monitoring and researching competitors' activity 

  • Proposing improvements to the communication strategy based on competitive activity

- Internal Procedures: 

  • Preparation of internal monitoring reports

  • Writing creative briefs
  • Understanding and applying established internal quality processes  
  • Proposing improvements to internal processes, if applicable, to enhance overall efficiency in the company 

 

Basic Training Required

University degree in Philology, Translation and Interpretation, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing in Market Research, or similar.

 

Specific Knowledge

  • Editing and proofreading text for spelling, grammar, style and SEO
  • Technical writing
  • Copywriting

 

Minimum experience

2 years full-time experience in newspaper writing, news agency, communication agency, advertising agency, or editorial. 

 

Other Specific Requirements for the Position

  • Language proficiency: Native or very high proficiency in English.
  • Office software package proficiency (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Marketing tools proficiency (Hubspot, Mailchimp, Wordpress, social media)
  • Knowledge of basic principles of graphic and editorial design.

Objective

Responsible for team sales performance and qualitative growth goals in the designated region with the objective of introducing our products to new customers, support current customers, and maximize sales.

 

Duties & Responsabilities

- Develop strategies and sales channels:

  • Commercial visits to search, attract and retain customers.
  • In-person client visits to search, attract, retain and help building client relationships.
  • Communicate with MEP Engineers to get the Airzone systems specified in their projects.
  • Customer service (Manufacturers of HVAC and IT, installers, distributors, architecturestudios, engineering firms, developers, MEPs, and construction companies).
  • Provide support for new and existing customers.
  • Support to the online and offline marketing strategies of the company.
  • Accounts Payable management and incident monitoring.
  • Periodic CRM reporting (visits to customers, quotations, ...).
  • Manage the database of customers in your area using CRM.
  • Company presentations, catalogues, and products.
  • Product technical trainings.

- Generate sales orders, track orders, make sure everything is delivered properly:

  • Project monitoring from start to finish.
  • Projects’ drafting in Coordination with the project department.

  • Preparation, monitoring and negotiation of quotations and projects.

  • Generate sales and potential sales reports for directors.

- Provide support to the customers, solve problems:

  • Relations with IT and HVAC Manufacturers, developers, distributors, Reps, builders, andinstallers depending on the phase of the project.

  • Technical support for post-sales: attention and set-up for post-sales installation.Technical assistance to the different channels (Manufacturers, developers, builders,installers ...). Technical post-sale management in coordination with technical supportdepartment.

  • Project management at construction level (installation monitoring and/or follow-up).
  • Technical product presentations and training to customers to help them commission andtroubleshoot the systems.

- Organize and deliver sales training events:

  • Provide technical-commercial training for customers following the marketing strategies of the company for the events.

  • Coordination of commercial training for Sales Engineers, Reps, Distributors, and Manufacturers.

 

Basic Training Required

  • Eng. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • Specific knowledge in HVAC.
  • Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Interpersonal skills
  • Able to read footprints and plans
  • Knowledge in LEED is a plus
